The 10/13 fits like a 10/12 maybe just a little looser. I buy my daughter play dresses from Walmart and go with 14/16 because Walmart runs small. This 10/13 dress fit her just like her play dresses. The 10/13 Should fit a little loose to have room to grow into. My daughter loves these dresses by the way. The material is great and they twirl wonderfully. I ended up getting her 5 more, lol.

My daughter is 6 I got her the 6-7 and it fit her perfectly so if your child is bigger for her age, I’d go Atleast 2 sizes up because 6-7 is small 8-9 is medium 10-12 is large.
