Flitemate Pressure Reducing Ear Plugs

Not yet used in the airplane.

Tried these for flying as my ears often plug up and they worked very well. I had no problems with my ears this time.

Pour ceux ou celles qui ont mal aux oreilles quand l'avion prépare à atterire, c'est à dire 20 à 10 min avant l'atterrissage, quand l'avion diminue son altitude, les bouchons sont très utiles en combinaison avec les gouttes de nez Nasacort.J'ai pris, durant le dernière mois 8 vols. Sauf dans l'avion A380 les bouchons ont empêcher à avoir mal aux oreilles (et quand je dis mal : si douleureux que je pleure). Je ne sais pas pourquoi ça n'a pas marché dans le vol avec le A380. L'avion était trop grand? ils ont fait une faute avec la décompression?En tout cas, on peut bien l'essayer pour ce prix là. Moi je les recommande

I suffer really bad pressure problems when flying, and my ears cause me so much pain, sometime lasting for a few days. I had tried getting my ears syringed before flying, using oil soaked cotton wool and various other "old wife's tales" but nothing helped. I did a search on the net to see if others had the same problem and how they managed, and several suggested the Flitemate ear plugs. I searched for the product and found then on Amazon so I thought I would give them a try as we were going on holiday soon. We flew to Guernsey on a Jetstream 19 seater which was a great test as it was a very noisy plane let alone something that would give me a good pressure test. It was only a short flight (40 mins) but I followed the instructions and put them in before we took off and left them in till we landed. I had no problems what so ever, I did feel a slight release of pressure going through the plugs but there was no pain at all. I got off the plane without having to shout my head off as I usually did and no constant blowing through my nose with the end pinched etc. As a final point ... my wife said her ears popped and hurt, which she had not previously had when flying but I put that down to the small plane. So overall I could not be happier with them
