Love this product, shipping was fast for coming from so far away... Now that we have Vitafiber here in the USA, I will not need to order this one anymore, BUT, if Vitafiber ever leaves AMAZON, I would definitely buy this one again.

This stuff is hard to find
It's a large bottle. Tastes fine. The only problem is the bottle is written mostly in Japanese? So I have no clue how to store it. It's in the refrigerator just in case.

砂糖の代わりとして
糖分の取りすぎを気にして砂糖の代わりにコーヒーに使用している。便秘対策に良いとして使用している人のコメントが多いですね。腸内善玉菌のエサになるそうですが、悪玉菌のエサにもなるのではと思う。別途善玉菌を増やすことも考えたい。
