Lactamed Simplicity Hands Free Pumping Bra Kit - Black

Expensive for a bunch of strings but serves the purpose. Needs to be more durable for the amount charged

I use a Medea Freestyle pump which comes with a hands free attachment. When my dog ate the attachment I decided to look for an alternative instead of ordering the new art form Medela. The price was very inexpensive so I decided to give it a try. When I opened the package my husband and I laughed at it, because it just looks like shoelaces. At firt I was confused about how it goes on, but the pictures and a bit of common sense make it simple or put on. The downside is that the alligator clip that holds it on at the waist and the slide that adjusts th neck both slide. The neck strap was particularly bad for slipping and would cause the breast shields to not be close enough to the breast. The straps would also slacken when I was doing massage or compressions. Maybe someone with smaller breasts would not have this prolem. The Freestle attachment would allow me to do chores while I was pumping, but these straps would not allow me to since when I move too much the straps loosen. If you were planning to to use to while sitting on a desk at work, this would probably work for you.

I bought this specific one because I'm on a tight budget and I exclusively pump since my baby is in the hospital. I have read all the reviews and even though a lot of them are bad I decided to try it.I really don't know why there are so many bad reviews, I love this. It is light, simple and easy to carry around ! It holds everything in place while I sit watch Netflix or read a book. It also allows me to massage my breast while pumping.

Honestly, this thing is awesome for what you're paying. It is actually way more convenient than one of those pumping bras because you don't have to put a whole new bra on to nurse at the end of the day - you can leave your regular nursing bra on while you pump. Simply fold down your nursing bra flap like you would to nurse and pump. And you save tons of money!

I have large breasts and it was uncomfortable on my neck to pump both at the same time. Great for one side at a time though as I could still move around. I think this will be good to use when at work so I dont need to change into a special pumping bra.

A pain in the neck to set up and undo. Does not hold up so well. But does work ok... but just ok. Go for the bra with inserts instead if you can.
