Highly recommend this one! It's effective and powerful!I'm extremely happy with this product. After using a similar Waterpik for about 5 years, this one is so much more powerful and effective. It has 3 settings: low, high and pulse. It's very easy to fill the little water reservoir at the bottom by holding it under the faucet horizontally. I sometimes add mouthwash to the reservoir, too, to make my breathe minty fresh while I'm "flossing" with this device.

No wonder the price has dropped on this! It didn't last a year. The seal on the bottom plastic where it is glued to the upper piece of clear plastic seal, leaks badly! Battery no longer hold a charge. Do not buy this one!Contacted seller. I gather my picture of water leaking out of the bottom, wasn't good enough. Money down the drain.

Messy
This was my first water flosser. Every time I use it water sprays all over everything. Maybe I’m doing something wrong.But I can’t see keeping your mouth shut while using it. I don’t know if they are all that way....but I don’t need the mess.

Don't do it
I bought this for my daughter to help with her oral hygiene now that she has braces. To say the least, I'm not impressed! After only 4 months the water reserve is LEAKING!. It is leaking from the bottom, no cracks and not the part where you drain it. I expect a product like this to last more that 4 months. I do not recommend.

Worth the wait, great quality and a good price
It took forever to get here, about a month but it was worth it. It’s very powerful and easy to use. I thought It would break by now given that it was so inexpensive but it’s super reliable. It helps get anything that flossing and brushing can miss. I use it on the soft setting because the others feel like a fire hose in my mouth. I charged It once when I received it, have not charged it at all and it’s never died. It came with a travel bag and extra mouth pieces. It’s a great buy for the price.

Didn’t know what to expect
I didn’t know what to expect from a water flosser, but it really works better than floss at flushing out food between my teeth. Takes some getting used to, I sprayed water all over several times.
