Sharpness and good value for money

I bought these mainly for cutting braided rope. They were one of the cheaper pairs on amazon but they are super sturdy and make light work of most materials. Would buy again if I lost these.

They are ok but but are a little flimsy sharpness could be better - value for money is ok but will invest in medical grade next time from my regular medical website rather than cutting costs no pun intended

I was interested to test these out, having read good reviews. These scissors don't disappoint. You often get a similar design of scissor included in first aid kits but they are not, in my experience, able to cut much at all, not without a lot of effort. I would imagine that in an emergency you wouldn't want to be wasting time on trying to cut through clothing. I tried these scissors out on thick cotton, blanket and thick cardboard and they were absolutely up to the job. Quite happy if I never have to use them in an accident setting but glad I know I've got them.

Got these for my dad so the home care nurses could remove his bandages.. there perfect.. sharp.. and fit in the hand good

The right blade is bent so it grinds completely wrong and cuts poorly feels like it's too tight.

A bit lose but the quality feels great. Compared it to another one I have, it's a perfect size for a man hand. No small rings for the fingers & it fits perfect inside the pouch for my tourniquet.
