This hanger is well constructed and has the securing arms that shut down with the weight of the guitar to stop any forward movement. This works well with the Telecaster I have which is not too heavy. Take note of the weight specs for the unit so as not to overload the hanger. It comes with fittings screws and plugs. Good hanger at this price range.

As my daughter has a small bedroom we thought we'd use these to get her guitars on the wall and give her a bit more floor space. They work perfectly, exactly as described. Easy to attach to the wall and great for getting her guitars out of the way. Simple to hang the guitars on and take off when needed. Great that that it works with the pressure of putting the guitar on, so the little locking arms raise when the guitar is lifted off, so we could hang her guitars higher up the wall.

Possibly not the best of quality but does a job, easy to fit and locks guitar in place.

Looks fantastic, easy to install.The self locking mechanism is very sublytle and a nice design feature.Mine is for an acoustic, however I would use heavier duty screws & plugs if I was hanging an electric guitar.

Much to my inconvenience, i'm having to return for a refund. The plate that the main hook screws into was threaded, so it was just spinning around with no grip. Had to buy another from a reputable retailer.
