As soon as I received the package I put the wheels on the suitcase. They fit without any issues and I was able to fix the suite case in 5 minutes. I tested the suite case by putting heavy books in it totaling 75lbs worked without any issues! The suite case rolled all around my apartment and hallway smoothly. There was no issues at all! These are great wheels and appeared to be very durable. These are great! Glad I bought them!

Easy to install if the old wheels are removable. They were on this bag so piece of cake to pop the old, worn out wheels off and install these. We have not traveled since replacing the wheels on this bag so no comment when it comes to durability but they seem to be well made so hoping for the best.

We started out a month-long trip with two brand new sets of replacement wheels on our carry on luggage. One was OEM, and by the second week, the OEM's rubber treads had fallen off, leaving just a hard plastic inner rim that made a lot of noise and didn't roll well. This Ricrrover set of wheels, however, ended the trip with only minor scratches and wear. The wheels are soft, yet durable. The suit case rolls easily, even over bricks and rough surfaces. Highly recommended!

The wheels on my leather wheeled briefcase / laptop case suddenly started peeling off in layers, so I needed new wheels or a new case. I decided to check out wheels first since my case is still otherwise in good shape. These wheels are just a tad smaller than the ones I had previously, but are a close enough match. Once installed they work great. I hope they last a long time.I was expecting them to look and feel more like roller skate wheels, but I would consider the actual roller skate wheels I have seen of higher quality.The ease of installation depends on your case design and how easy it is to access what you need. I had to work hard at taking out the wheel assemblies on my case. I found there are three screws on each side that hold them in. The challenge was finding a Phillips screwdriver the right size to get it into where the screws are. Once they were out, I had to use a drill to take off the old wheels which were not designed to remove. Once I got the old wheels off the new ones were installed easily onto the assembly. Then it was only an issue of screwing the assemblies back onto the case. Should I ever have to replace these wheels (hopefully not anytime soon) these will be easy to remove and replace.The price was reasonable, especially if the alternative is buying a whole new case.

It is a huge hassle trying to find the right wheels to replace the old wore out wheels. I went these wheels and they fit extremely well. Once installed they roll very smoothly and easy.

In my case, rivets were used from the inside to install the rod on which the old broken wheels attached to. Ended up having to carefully dremel the head off of the outside end of the rod without doing too much damage to the hard plastic mold. After that, I was able to remove the wheel rod from the inside.Also keep in mind there are two sets or pairs of new rods which have a screw in cap style to them, which is good. Unfortunately in my case the shorter of the pair was used for the installation of the 1st wheel, but failed to pay attention for the 2nd wheel and installed the longer rod which was about a quarter inch longer and does stick out. I may change it out later as it doesn't stick out noticeably but it isn't snug like the 1st. My lack of focus did not aid to a negative or positive review and kudos to them for adding 2 hex screws for the kit.It's a solid build and construction wheel and can't comment to the durability of it. Have yet to travel so time will tell.

Installed on my 6+ yr. old large heavy duty duffel that has been on numerous foreign trips and whose old wheels finally delaminated. Everything I needed was included, including a couple of different size axles. Took a couple of hours, but saved myself well north of $200 to replace my old bag which, other than the wheels, was still good. These have already done their first roundtrip to Europe and good as new!

My big, 20 year old Samsonite suitcase shed a tire on our last trip, so I looked around for a replacement kit and settled on this one because of the variety of shaft lengths and spacer washers to provide a custom fit.The hardest part was cutting off the end of the shaft/rivet which is buried deep inside the base of thesuitcase behind the zipper lining. An X-acto razor saw and much muffled cursing cut the riveted end offin a half hour, and a skinny screwdriver pushed the old shaft out of the case. It took a few fitting tries butI settled on one washer under the head, and a washer on either side of the wheel to take up the slack and no washer under the head of the screw on the inside of the case. A month later I went ahead and replaced the other wheel assembly and saved the old one since it was still in good shape. All I can say is take a look at the way the wheel shaft is held in place, and if it's riveted, evaluate if youreally want to go through all the struggle
