The product did do what it claimed and clean the leather car seats in my BMW, which where in need of a good cleaning. I liked the application glove too. It really helped to work in the cleaner, made it easier to apply and I could see that it was working. The true test will be my leather couch that my dogs sleep on, which I have yet to try it on

I have always been one to take care of my leather seats on all my cars, this this one doesn't just take care of your seats, but finally cleans them.I purchased a 10 year old VW Touareg and one of the first things I did, clean and condition the seats with other popular leather cleaning/treatment brands. The seats did look better and softer, but noticed the tan leather just looked worn and turning dark brown almost black. I assumed this was just due to the previous owner never taking care of the car and just old leather fading in the HOT Las Vegas sun.I stumbled across this product by accident on Amazon and ordered it. One of the best buys ever on Amazon and I buy tons of stuff.I wouldn't recommend using this product as a maintainer for a newer car as it's very abrasive. It can take off the color of your leather if it has an added color by the manufacturer. I noticed that VW had almost painted a lighter color on the tan leather on the seats and armrest. It did take the original color off and I was very mad, but kept with the cleaning and removed the painted on color to display the original beautiful tan leather. Now my seats look brand new and just blown away. I spent 4 hours cleaning my seats because of this issue, but was worth it.Oh this cleaner also smells amazing... If you like the smell of fresh oranges. Side note, my 10 year old car I just purchased smelled so bad. I had it professionally detailed, special bags of "lava rocks" and other order eliminator used and nothing removed the smell. Funny after using this to clean my seats, my car no longer smells.If your car is older or just super dirty/nasty, there is nothing better (I have tried everything). If your looking to just keep your seats clean and conditioned (newer car) I personally wouldn't use it.*****EDIT 1/7/16*****************Still using this product to clean other peoples cars. Recently cleaned a 2003 BMW 530i what I thought looked really clean. Added a photo of the passenger seat after cleaning a small area.

Doesn't last long - leather looked just like it had before use after only a few hours. Waste of money.

I'm sorry to say Leather Cleaner and Conditioner did not improve the condition of my car gray leather seats. A week after applying it, they look more dried out and lost the finish in spots where it had still appeared gray before treatment with this product. I'm going to see if I can return. Still looking for a good product, safe for leather furniture as well. I'm sorry as the contact person was so helpful and quick response to emails.

I used the product to get the smoke smell out of my couches. It worked really good to actually clean the couches. It got rid of most of the smoke smell but it is coming back. I plan to use it again with hopes of eliminating the smell completely. Overall all I'm happy with the overall performance.

I received the Glacier Leather Cleaner in a timely manner.I can tell you the product is amazingly effective and simple to use. I have a10 year old car that I am getting ready to sell, so I wanted to clean it up alittle. The car has tan leather seats and they have really started to lookdirty and aged the last couple of years. I have never tried a true leathercleaner on them before, so that is my fault.I am very happy how easy the product is to use. One application made the seatslook great and will no doubt help with the re-sale value. The front seats mayneed a second application in a few spots, but they were in bad shape. The glove looked a little Michael Jackson-ish to me at first, but I found itwas a great way to get the cleaner in all the right spots. The fact that I canrinse, wring out and use the glove again is also a great feature.The smell is a little strong for my liking, but will not deter me from using theproduct again.Overall, it is a great product and I have already shared with my friends.

Basic leather wipes did a better job

a little disappointed after reading the reviews. This didn't seem to be much better than any other leather cleaner I've tried. Of course, those are very good cleaners that worked very well. They were much less expensive. I refurbish vintage Coach handbags and go through a lot of leather cleaner and conditioner. This is good but not worth money.UPDATE: TIME TO EAT CROW. The initial application didn't turn out too well - must have been the type of stain because I have used this several times since and it has never let me down. Quite the opposite, it's fantastic and has taken ink marks off the exterior of purses and a whole host of other stains. Excellent product. Don't give up on your leather ware before giving this a try. I will not be without it or the conditioner. Be sure to let both sit for a couple hours before buffing. The longer the better with the cleaner. And if at first you don't succeed, give it another try. I could not be happier with a leather cleaner and I've tried several others with nowhere near the results I get with this. It's my new business partner and worth every single penny.
