Disappointed, the flavour was quite bitter , probably due to the fact that most of the sprouts have very different sprouting times , by the time most of the chickpeas and adzuki beans had tails on the fourth day the peas and the mung beans had started floating because they were over due to come out and started Turing brown . The peas were very bitter. The free sample of broccoli seeds were a nice touch however. I’ll have to try separate all the beans now according to sprouting times.

Not a good choice for mixed seeds. Adzuki Beans aren't ready or didn't sprout when other seeds are ready to eat.

I like the packaging.. Robust but greenI loved that there was a little gift of more seeds in each package
