This is a good starter pillow for a toddler. It’s much smaller than a standard pillow. It’s fluffy but not hard so it’s soft enough to support the head without it being like a memory foam. After opening I didn’t notice any smell like some pillows, so that’s good. The covers wash easily and so did the pillow without any “fluff lost”. I did buy extra covers separately since you really need more than 1 for a toddler bed. My son is 2 now and will probably go to a bigger pillow soon, so I’d say this is good for like 1-2.5 years old.

This is absolutely the best pillow, and the best COMPANY I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. In this day and age of computers, internet, and auto-responses, what a wonderful surprise it was to be able to contact the company and - not only get a timely response - but get a person within the company who could help me with all my needs SWIFTLY and courteously.I bought this pillow because I have a degenerative connective tissue disorder and I have to support my neck at all times - even when I'm sitting or lying down. But when I received it, although it was an awesome (hypoallergenic, soft, wonderful) pillow, it was just a little bit too fluffy for my needs. I contacted the company and asked about a special order, because I'd read where other customers had truly phenomenal experiences when contacting the company and asking for help. I sent a message here on Amazon and offered to buy a second pillow, but asked that it please be made to order with less fill.Instead of receiving an invoice or instructions on how to repurchase, I was sent another pillow, FREE OF CHARGE, made special-order to my specifications, with emails updating me throughout the entire process, and with a "thank you" note, personally signed and authored by Chris, at the Little Sleepy Head company headquarters, telling me he appreciated my business. Wow. You just don't get that ANYWHERE anymore. I have recently been fighting with my cable company, spending months and hours on the phone trying to get them to come out and fix their equipment, with NO relief, and I pay them $160 a month!!! You can't even get good customer service for something that runs 25% of your monthly mortgage each month, and yet - for a purchase that was relatively small with this pillow here - I received the best customer service I've ever had in my entire life.I am in the process of placing another order for my daughter - and will do so again for all of my pillow needs for the rest of my life. Please be advised, if you purchase this item, you will get the best, most personalized customer service available in the world market today. Hands-down, the BEST!!!As far as the product goes, both the original pillow and the special order pillow are so awesome. They are AS COMFORTABLE and AS SOFT and yet SUPPORTIVE as my 100% Down Pillow (which cost three times as much). This pillow is awesome for adults (as well as children), providing just the right amount of support and cushion. You can absolutely tell that it's hypoallergenic, and that it hasn't been doused with heavy chemicals. It is the ONLY pillow you'd need for travel, for sleep, for chillin' on the couch. Extremely portable (you can shove it into a large purse if you're traveling with it), and perfect for daily use, I could not rate this pillow any higher as the best toddler/child/adult pillow on the market today.The cover is breathable and soft, and it is truly a joy to use. Great pillow. Perfect for my 2 year old. Good price and quality and the correct amount of fluff for her little body. I like the variety of prints. Got the pink A B C one because my preferred prints were out of stock and I needed it quick. My toddler loves it though!

Cute and small perfect for a toddler

I am so happy I decided to order a toddler pillow from Little Sleepy Head. It is such a nice, soft pillow and feels very well made. The pillow cases are adorable and also very soft and of excellent quality. I also really love how the pillow cases are made with the envelope opening in the middle. My son is still getting used to the idea of sleeping with a pillow but I am very satisfied with my purchase, as well as the customer service I received when I reached out regarding the "less fill" pillow option. I do feel the regular fill option is a really good balance of softness and support, however, because my son has not taken to the pillow idea right away, and sleeps on his stomach a lot, I wanted to try the less fill pillow too. I was offered a "replacement" with less fill and told to keep the other one for later. I feel it is going to be a perfect transition pillow for my son. I adore the regular fill one even for me and it makes a great little pillow to lay my head on when putting my son to bed, resting on the couch, for a back support or for travel. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the products I received. I highly recommend Little Sleepy Head pillows! The picture shows the regular fill in a Dino pillow case and the custom made less fill pillow in a rocket ship case. You can see that the less fill pillow is a good bit flatter and therefore really good for stomach sleepers just transitioning to using a pillow. Both pillows are wonderful!

We have ordered 3 of these pillows total for our little kiddos and have always been pleased! I love the fun patterns that you can chose from for the pillow cases, both our kiddos have the dinosaur (boy and girl styles) pillows right now. The best part is that they are machine washable, you know how messy kids can be!! The pillows are great fabric quality, no smell to them, and perfect thickness. Whenever you wash them, they fluff right back up! The pillow cases are easy to remove and put back on, our little 3 year old can do her pillow all by herself! Perfect size for cribs/toddler beds!

It’s a lot smaller than expected. Seems pretty flat too. I don’t care for the pillowcase material either. Will be returning
