I am so happy to have found this product. In order to keep my CPAP from leaking I had to tighten it so much it hurt my neck. Some nights I would pull the entire headgear off because it was so irritating. I finally devised a washcloth wrapper that worked but had to be adjusted every night. Now I have a soft, comfortable cushion that prevents the neck pain and is also kinder to my cheeks.

Although it's not made for my type of headgear (meaning I have to "scrunch" it up to make it work), it does help buffer the back of my head from the back head strap because it's soft and thick.

It does what it is supposed to do, gentles the CPAP strapping enough so you don't end up looking and feeling like an escapee from an attempted beheading. Yeah, winter is coming, but come on. :)However, the velcro that secures the wraps is pretty minimal in both landing material; so what happens to be is that the wrap tries (often succeeds) in attaching to the masks's velcro system when I'm trying to put it on. Between the two, they tend to grab at my hair, which is pretty annoying.But once it's on there, oh yeah. A great deal of relief.So I'll recommend this, you're certainly better off with it than without it, but I do think it could be made with more attention to detail. Four stars.

The comfort is immediately felt. It is softer than the elastic headgear straps, wider also to displace the pressure of the thinner elastic straps which result in a much more comfortable feel. No more cheek marks on my face, and I can cinch the headgear tighter with less discomfort, and no mask leak whatsoever!!! The material is soft, like the feel of velour that is quite comfortable. It is a well thought design, and I would like to say, after using this product, I now find it to be a necessity, and a pleasure also!!!!!!

This does slightly help with marks on my face and does add some comfort. The main issue with this item is that the velcro gives out after a few months. I am currently researching some other brands for this type of gear.

It was a breeze to install and it protects my skin from the latex!I love this product because it's soft, it's breathes, it's never too hot, it's always comfortable and it doesn't interfere with the use of the cpap! It's completely turned my thoughts around on using the CPAP it's made it possible to be completely comfortable with the CPAP on my head, I'm no longer agitated about using my CPAP for sleep because this product has made it so comfortable!

Putting this cushion on my CPAP made a huge difference in comfort. I used to wake up with my neck chafed from the strap. I had to keep the mask pretty loose to keep it from chafing, but if I loosened it too much, my mask would leak. This product changed my life. I can now tighten my mask appropriately without sacrificing comfort.
