No customer service
We are planning a trip to New Zealand in 2020. We bought this product because description said free maps for New Zealand. We have tried to download the maps. Will not open. I am assuming the New Zealand maps are included with Australia, but do not know for sure. I did message the seller about problem, and all I got was a list of links. None of which answered my question. There is no customer service phone number. The product does work good for US, but we need it for other countries. The customer service is not just poor, it is non existent.

Miracle worker!
If this thing can get my father-in-law and his girlfriend from Indiana to Southern California (fighting the entire way) in one piece, it’s a great GPS system! Easy to set up, multi-lingual, user friendly, non-technically-savvy-friendly. Very sturdy car mount too!

Returned it. Could not get settings right even after reaching out to them.

Screen qualiy low
Couldn't read the screen in daylight. It did pick up the satellites fast and was accurate.

7 inches is too large of a screen. It was not too easy to set up.
