Make sure you use a hand pump and DO NOT fill with helium!
This was a fantastic price for a lot of cute decorations. I followed the advice of the seller and did not use helium. We used a hand pump to fill all the foil balloons and it worked great. They looked adorable hung on the wall with the silver sparkly string hanging down. It looked like they were filled with helium. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE.

Balloon quality was awesome!! They were easy to inflate with a balloon pump. And super colorful. I used air not helium!

I ordered this just for the big ice cream balloons but ended up using everything in the package.

Not good quality
Not satisfied with quality of ballons ..big once and small ones all are very poor quality..one of the big one popped as I was feeling helium in it and it wasn't going up until I fill enough so I don't think it got pop because of over filled. Also, it shows that cone you can apply to ballons but they don't stay. It was bringing ballon down. Very upset 😡 it kind of ruined my party but we had to run the store and got other new once so that helped to save my party.
