Three flimsy mats later, I purchased these blocks for my Peloton, and not only are they sturdy and vibration-free, they are far less expensive. I now place a large towel beneath the bike when cycling, but these things are better than a gym floor. And they will never smell like old sweat.

I am using these under the feet of several different exercise machines. They are working great, protect the floor and no vibration.

Last year I got a walking treadmill and, because I'm on the second floor, I got a half half inch foam mat to put under it to muffle any sound I would be making on it. What I didn't take into consideration is that the weight of the treadmill would make it just sink into the mat. I got these with the hope to lift the feet up and keep them from sinking. And these work amazing for that! I don't even notice these being pushed into the mat at all from the weight. And when they say these squares are high density, they're not lying. You can immediately feel the weight of them just from the package. I'm very happy with purchase.

I have a Zwift direct drive bike trainer in an upstairs room. It was on padded carpet and a thin gym mat. Prior to placing these blocks it sounded like "the whole house was fixing to fall down." Once these were added, neither person downstairs was aware that I was riding and responded with "I don't know I think I heard it once or twice maybe, I was watching a movie."One block under each foot of the direct drive and the remaining two under the wheel block of the front tire. Magic.

Using this to hold up a heavy treadmill, I'm fairly heavy (200lbs) myself, and do everything from jogging to incline walking. A couple weeks after purchase I lifted one side of the treadmill to see the damage (if any) on the pads. Not a single visible impression, hoping these last awhile.

I used this to help me raise the legs of furniture. I have very uneven floors in my basement, and these allowed me to provide a stable base to ensure everything is level.
