Classic Marzipan Variations - 200 g/7.0 oz

bite size, good marzipan kids love it.

While this is an excellent product, items from overseas should alert the buyer of delivery delays and realistic expectations.

This was reimbursement to my roommate since I had eaten the box he had received as a gift from a friend who went to Europe. I thought all of the flavors were delicious. If I had this for myself, the box would be gone already. Yet my roommate, hasn't touched them. Maybe this is a test.

The expiration date on arrival was 6 months ago, heavy bloom on the chocolate. The marzipan is dry, flavor fading. I thought perhaps the dates are reversed from Europe, day month year instead of month year day but the candy is old. So, in any case, disappointed.

The description was for two boxes but only one arrived. Buyer beware.

I am a repeat customer, as this is the best chocolate marzipan available anywhere. Highly recommended, reasonably priced with great shipping and service.

Excellent quality chocolates fresh. Arrived in time

"The best marzipan in the world" is an ambitious claim but I see no reason to disgree and have never tasted any marzipan as fine as this. Other marzipans are spoiled by over sweetness. In these loaves, the natural almond, as well as the four flavour variations, are allowed to characterise the product. These flavours are further enhanced by the complementary "zart-bitter" chocolate. Delicious!!!

Item arrived promptly on 01/06/22, (in Christmas packaging). Date on boxes is 22/07/22. Looks like sweets been stored quite a while since Christmas. All sweets had a white discoloration on chocolate and it taste a bit stale. Marzipan filling itself was ok apart from a few pistachio ones with dry and hard marzipan so they gone strait in to bin. Disappointed.

My family are big fans of these and they used to be hard to come by. Now the best price is on Amazon, often through the market place. Nice mini loaves. If you like marzipan then you will like these. Note to anyone that has an issue with almond essence, these don't have any so you can still enjoy them.
