MediSILVER AMBER is 20 ppm of 99.99+% pure traditional colloidal Silver (Silver ions as well as Silver nanoparticles - colloidally suspended in pure, sterile pharmaceutical grade water). Worked for Lung Bacteria
My mom usually gets pneumonia due to having a trach and feeding tube. Gave this to her for 1 week and then we went to the hospital and the chest x-ray showed that her lungs were clear. I've had always used colloidal silver and it appears that this brand does what it is supposed to do - kill bacteria. I recommend that you try different brands to see what works for you.

It was light yellow/ amber as the bottle mentioned, but it turn to light grey color later. Stop taking it when it changed to light grey color.

True colloidal silver
True colloidal silver according to experts should be amber in color not clear. I bought this brand because it was considered true colloidal along with 2 other brands which were more expensive. I went to a site that was not selling any silver and so it was not biased and this brand had very high ratings for the money.

was skepticle, bought a small to see if it did anything for me. within a couple of days I realized that I was feeling better than I have in atleast a couple of years. so I ordered two larger bottles. this is not a miracle cure but I sure do feel better after using for a month
