I practice 16/8 fasting with the occasional day off to enjoy breakfast with my wife. I also tend not to take a lunch break and just eat simple whole foods and some protein supplements while I work. The downside is that the types of foods that are convenient to eat while I work are often not as satiating as I'd like.I found the taste of these products to be excellent. Very few ingredients, no artificial flavors. As for the amount in each serving, I found it was perfectly adequate to keep me going for a few hours. I also like the ease of tracking calories with single-serving pouches.In response to reviews that found the product hard to mix, I'd say that a little trial and error with my first few packages solved that problem for me. Letting the extra air out before kneading and just working it patiently mixed the contents really well with just a smallish bit of unmixed nut butter left in the neck of the package.As for value, that's incredibly subjective. It ticked all my boxes nicely, I thought the price was pretty typical for this type of product, and I could easily have paid more for a less healthy option while on the go, which is exactly what I tend to do if I don't bring enough food with me during the day.I strongly recommend these for busy people, who enjoy a clean diet, but who like to have something that feels a bit indulgent with their meals and satiates the appetite a bit more than their normal diet might.

Pros: an easy tasty substitute for a meal and a great snack- if you like nutty flavors, you will love these little packets- Easy to carry around -- Keto-friendly- Gluten-Free - big deal to me as I am gluten intolerant- Filling and very satisfying as a meal replacement- Nice energy boost after eating.Con- found one of the flavors a bit extra salty - think that may have been because i didn't mix it well enough before eating it.Great product for people on the go who are busy ( all of us these days ) and want to maintain their diet and health.-

I see other reviewers complaining about the single serve packaging waste, but that is obvious from the pictures I don’t understand what they were expecting? There are larger containers if that’s what you are looking for. Me? I LOVE this product. It’s great to have a keto snack for on the go that is honestly delicious. On top of that it has MCT oil and probiotics. And one with caffeine and/or chocolate is a plus. I also LOVE that you have this without cashews, soy, fillers, whey, or palm oil. THERE IS NOTHING out there that checks those boxes.

Getting something decent to snack on doing Keto seems really difficult, but we've been spreading the net and trying a few different things when we ran across these. We got the variety pack to sample, so I'm not going to go into detail about every flavor, but they were all quite good.So you're essentially buying nut butter with some extras, and I love peanut butter and almond butter, and these things taste great. I have to pull back on full stars, though, because they are an absolute pain to eat. Like most good nut butters, there is oil separation, so you need to knead the packet before eating (otherwise you get a mouthful of oil and nut butter so dry it won't come out).One major problem with that is the plastic "hole" is solid, you can't knead any butter that's managed to work it's way in there, and you can't completely knead right under it, either. Despite how much we tried, we couldn't get the butter and oil to mix well before opening. The other problem is that you can't get it all out without ultimately opening the packet and scraping off what's left. Imagine running out of toothpaste, so you cut open the tube to scrape what you can get on the inside... and that's about what you're doing here to get the last of it out. That wouldn't be a big problem if the portion size was larger - you'd be wasting a smaller "percentage" of what's there, but there's probably only like a tablespoon or two.If you could buy jars of this stuff so that you could properly mix it, and then just eat like a spoonful, it would be fantastic. While these are good for on-the-go, I suppose, I wish they could package it better.

Nice product. On first look i thought this squeeze pouch with mouth piece was smart. However, the hard plastic mouth piece means I can't eat the last 2 teaspoons of the nut butter. As someone who is calorie counting and also hates to waste food, that was very annoying. Maybe a softer plastic/silicone straw mouth piece would be more efficient. Otherwise, the nut butter itelf was yummy!

I absolutely fell in love with this product!! Since I have recently become a big fan of nut butters I was looking for different flavors I can try. I found these SuperFat Nut butters and was unsure which flavor to buy so I just bought all and I must say BEST DECISION EVER!!! I literally had a small taste of each one right when they arrived and fell in love. I love the packaging because of how easy it is to use. You can simply squeeze it out or rip it open and eat it with a spoon. It is a great snack(meal replacement) when on the run for a busy day and definitely recommend trying every flavor. Also, best combo would be on some oatmeal or just with fruits. How much healthier can it get?!!

This product is truly a top shelf nut butter!Gorgeous packaging, ingredients are CLEAN & straight to the point. As a moderately active person, I want something on the go- in my car, on my bike ride, after a run...& something that keeps me satiated, but also delicious; this product hits all the boxes! I’ve given some to my “wellness” friends & athletic friends, & it’s been nothing but WOW’s. Can’t stop raving about the ingredients. Every single flavor has been absolutely delicious. Won’t be my last Super Fat purchase! Quality. Quality. Quality.
