These work exactly like they should work...i just ordered the wrong item. I kept them because they work great.

I wanted to embroider on dark fabric and the white pencil was just what I needed. It works great! Sometimes the best fixes are the simple, cheap ones.

I use these types of pencils for cross stitch. I just started a project on 28ct black fabric so I used the white pencil. These pencils are to wide to grid the fabric properly and after letting the fabric sit(just on my table, I didn't move it) for about a week the lines I had drawn were barely noticeable. The pencil leaves a good line initially and without using too much pressure and would probably be a good choice for sewing clothes or other such projects.

I was so excited to get these for a sewing project and when I received them I tried using them on multiple fabrics. These did not markVery well at all and that was so disappointing for sure. I had to buy another type instead. Maybe they were old?

You can sketch on dried acrylic paint. Then just wipe it off with a damp cloth. I love it!!

These mark and show really well when sewing, but 2 cycles through the washer and they were still visible on the material..

I tried on different fabric both light dark lightweight heavy weight could hardly even make lexmark not happy with product thought this being a popular name would have marked easy

I used it for marking material.
