I really like the concept. It is not air tight enough. Also have many parts to wash.

it keeps avos or quacamole almost totally green.there is just a very thin line around the perimeter on top. even after 3 days.stirred in does not effect taste.I give it 4.5 starshighly recommend.

This is the easiest to use guac keeper of the 3 I've tried so far. Works smoothly is easy to open. I'm still looking for a smaller one.

This is listed as 1.8 cups "one size" but the one I received is 4.2 cups. The black one listed elsewhere as "small and short" and also 1.8 cups is a different design - designed for dry ingredients rather than guacamole. The bottom level of the plunger is narrower than the jar and so the guacamole just spurts up the sides when you press down, making a mess up the sides of the plunger up to the top level of fins. I suspect the size listed on this one is wrong but if there turns out to be a 1.8 cup one for guacamole I'll amend this review. I think 4.2 cups is a pretty absurd size for leftover guacamole.

Was excited for this item only to be disappointed by the state the item came . It looked like it was used, returned, and then sent to me . There were bits of food stuck to the item, SUPER gross .

Great product for storing guacamole. Easy to clean, another review mentioned you could not clean easily and this could containment future food, not the case with this one, just turn the lid in the direction the arrow points and you can clean the inside of the lid. Will be ordering another for storing other dips!

this kept quac. fresh for days, no browning just great color and taste. Have told all my friends

This amazing product is exactly what I needed! Kept caprese salad fresh until it was gone & same for guacamole!

I love this product. I did NOT know that guacamole residue had slowly been building up inside the lid over these past months. I suppose I just kept washing it in the dishwasher never considering food was building up INSIDE the lid. Until a couple of days ago when I could not figure out what the awful smell was in the kitchen. Anyway, soaked the lid for a day in vinegar and baking soda and kept tapping against the side of the sink as more and more old rotten guacamole particles kept coming out. This morning picked it up and......the LID SCREWS OPEN FOR CLEANING. Not sure how I missed that instruction I'm embarrassed to say, but wanted to share so others won't make this mistake.
