Great Ariel mermaid costume, fits true to size

My four year old loves this. As do I ( loved Ariel as a kid). It fit good. A little loose fitting but she is thin for her age and just turned four. I ordered 4 t while keeping shrinkage in mind. Which it will. It is thin but not see through thin! Good quality, very well made. After a few washes the sparkle pieces came off the top but I kinda expected that, it took a few months and she lives in this thing. Perfect for the price!

It ran small & my daughter is kind of tall so it was a little short on her. But overall she loves it & that’s all that matters

I really like this compared to other mermaid costumes because the color is very little mermaid. Perfect for my 2 year old who’s Ariel obsessed.

I saw the reviews about sizing being off, so I ordered both the 4-5 and 5-6 sizes for my average sized 6-year old. The sizes were different from each other, but in ways that didn't make sense--4-5 was way too tight for her, but the right length, and 5-6 fit well but length was bizarrely short--the dress hit her at the knees.--not quite the mermaid look we were going for. If you can find the right garment (not size, since size seems to not be the right indicator here!), it is good quality material; better than most costume garments.

I was a bit upset because this one came with no extras but I still ordered it. My 3 year old loves it. She typically wears anywhere from a 5t-6y. It all depends on length but with dresses she can get away with a 5t. If Halloween is cool where you are, the sleeves offer no warmth but if you have warm Halloweens or events then this is perfect.

Really cute especially for the price! My daughter loved her costume and it was so cute. She kept getting compliments and she will use it for dress up after Halloween.
