I purchased these brake pads back in February for my 2006 2.4L Chevy Cobalt. They arrived quickly, which I'm very glad they did (see reason below). They fit perfectly into the caliper, and the metal shims help keep them nice and snug. The pads are very quiet, and the car now brakes reliably and smoothly; I highly recommend!I needed these brake pads quickly because my wife came to me and said that the car was making some noise when she hit the brakes. At first I thought she meant that the car was squeaking, indicating that the brake pads needed to be changed in a week or two. Apparently the squeaking had come and gone weeks before, and the car was now grinding against the back of the old pads. Needless to say, I was shocked and relieved that she hadn't gotten into an accident.Thanks to Wagner, the car no longer begs to be put out of its misery whenever we hit the brakes.

Easily installed in my 2006 Pontiac G6 GT. The new clips snapped right into the calibers and the pads seem of decent quality. I am not getting any noticeable brake dust after a few hundred miles on these pads. They are quiet and do not vibrate or squeak under braking. I removed one star because they were heavily painted, especially around the ends where they sit in the clips. I was having difficulty pushing these into the clips, so I used a wire wheel to remove paint from the contact surfaces and they slipped right in. If I hadn't taken this measure, the pads would've likely stuck in the calibers and rubbed after braking. I also cut off the metal wear alert tabs, as I find this car wears the inside and outside pads unevenly and the tab usually ends up gouging the back of the rotor and squeaking before the pads actually need replacement. I inspect pad wear with every oil change anyways.

I liked the fast amazon delivery. These rear pads are being used with new rotors on a Chevy Malibu. The issue I had was rust on the brake caliper bracket on the area were the tabs of the disk pads slide. The rust prevented the pads from moving as freely as expected. (Some people call this rust jacking.) So, I removed the rust and applied a little grease to slow down the return of the rust.

Installed on rear tires of 2009 Chevy Malibu. Been using for about 1K miles now, and have not seen excessive brake dust buildup or noisy braking, so I am very happy with this product. Used with Wagner BD126136E rotors. One set of pads includes 4 pads (full set for 2 wheels).USERS REPORTED HAVING TO SAND PADS TO GET PROPER FIT. My calipers didn't have enough clearance to install at first, but I realized that in order to fully compress the brake caliper piston it was not enough to use a clamp. My vehicle's piston was a "wind back" piston, so it needed to be turned like a screw to get it fully flush with the caliper. Second time buying Wagner pads for my car, I bought both sets front and back but my Wagner’s that I put on the front roughly 20k miles ago still have 65-70% pad material left on them, for the cost of these cheap brake pads if you have a lot of money in the car already and it’s got a lot of miles take the gamble! They come with brake lube too!
