I'm really disappointed it does ring by itself even no one is around, We had to go out and open the door every time it rings, really annoying. Most of the days we even unplugged them. We only plug it back when we really waiting for any important deliveries.

An excellent value-for-money, smart-looking doorbell with two receivers. One reason I chose this product is because the brand name on the doorbell is discreet and hardly noticeable, unlike some other makes sold on Amazon. The other reason was that it has two receivers meaning that with one receiver in the hall and one plugged in on the landing, I can now hear the doorbell from any room upstairs as well as downstairs. Installation is also very easy too.1. Prise the doorbell transmitter unit apart using the supplied mini screwdriver to push in the clip at the bottom2. Insert the large button battery into it's round slot and clip the two halves of the doorbell unit together again3. Plug the two receivers into mains sockets and press the tune button on each receiver to select your preferred tune from the possible 38 tunes (you can even select a different tune for each receiver if you really want to).4. Press the volume button on each receiver to adjust the volume to your preferred level (default is loudest volume).4. Stick (or screw) the doorbell transmitter to the door frame using the supplied 3M double-sided sticky pad (or the supplied screws).That's it. Job done. It is early days yet as I only installed it a couple of weeks ago but very happy with it so far.

When my next-door neighbour opens or locks her car with her key button, the bell chimes. Took us weeks to figure out what was happening! I use my bell coz my office is way at the bottom of the garden. The range is fab, the quality and sound is fab.It was driving me nuts, having to step away from calls to go over to the house to see who was at the door. The bell of course sets off one dog, which sets of all the dogs. URGH!!!!

Good product easy install

Door bell had one job to do. And it failed in it. One of the 2 chimes stopped working. And then the ringer itself stopped working. A week later it started working again without me doing anything to it. I think it might get affected by rain. So defies the purpose of having one if it doesn't ring
