Without going into details, my knife totally cuts food on these. I bought two, so, henceforth, I will refer to them as "they." Not a lawyer, but I've seen them on TV.Don't buy the oil or anything else crazy they sell to go with these. You can go to Walgreen's and buy a pint of mineral oil for $1 and it is the same thing.Here's the review part. They are large. My knife doesn't run off the edge, nor does what I'm cutting. They are wood, so they don't dull my knife as fast as teflon, plastic, glass or whatever else one might use to cut on. I have a good knife, so I appreciate less sharpening. They have a cool groove around the perimeter, so any "juice" doesn't run off onto the counter.You should but two. Trust me on this.Do oil them, before you use them. Then you can be a ninja cutting mofo.

It's so pretty, I didn't want to cut anything on it! However, I finally gave in and cut on it, but you would never know, didn't leave any scratches or cut marks, yet.Very durable, and I love the fact that it doesn't warp after I wash it. I hate wood for this reason. All of my wood boards have warped and split. We'll see how long my bamboo board hold up! I think I will NOT have any problems with it. It is TOTAL QUALITY!I'm also impressed it arrived so quickly and was packaged very well. The note it came with, makes me believe the company aims to please and stands by their product.

I'm slightly bothered that I paid 30 bucks for this cutting board 3 years ago and now it's listed at 11.99.Anyway, this cutting board is great size and partially sustainable. If you do not continue to condition it with wax, it will lose it's look and develop mold. Unfortunately, we had family members use this and it developed mold within a few weeks of it being in use due to lack of upkeep. Washing and air drying wasn't enough.

Perfect for what it was purchased for. COOKING TEXAS BRISKETS!Needed a bigger cutting board. Has a little nook for catching the juices so it wont spill onto the counter. Nice design. The wood along the outsides seems like it will keep the cutting board together. Would recommend

An attractive Board arrived quickly. The board has a nice appearance seems solid and the trim piece looks like it adds strength to the laminated bamboo. It is too soon to tell how it will hold up to cleaning and hot casseroles. Seller leaves customer oriented messages. I will have to follow up after a few months of use to really know how this holds up

a bit pricey for the category but its really good. Stylish. That is why cutting space is a bit less than other 18" boards.

Loved it 'til it warped. Nicely out pf warranty, of course.

Been using now for 2 months great cutting board.. Did oil it and let it sit for 2 weeks. I used olive oil. Fact now that I"m writing this I"m going to do it again. A ++++
