Its a gameboy the games are cartridges its from like 1998 its not a brand new 3DS or anything. You'll have to buy games individually.

Is this Gameboy Color came packed with a Pokemon game?

The one i recieved was just the handheld console. Look at the seller descriptions to see if some bundle it with games.

No there is not. There is a place on top for a link cable. This takes batteries.
