Won a competition with ribs

Terrible. Does not give any full recipes and in particular you have zero idea on what temperature your grill/smoker should be set at. Complete joke of a recipe book.

How do I know this book is one of the best books out there? Because I had the pleasure to have Brian and the House of Q Team, teach me and a friend a private class on competition barbecue at home. We cooked turkey, chicken, pork belly, dinosaur eggs, pork and beef ribs, brisket and pork shoulder and got this book from Brian himself. After he left, not only my barbecue got much better; I started cooking many of his recipes. They are genius, exploding with flavor and adventurous. We tried all his sauces, rubs and slathers and they are among the best available, the sugar and spice sauce being my favorite. You will try the best mac and cheese ever and also, the best burger made with smoked meatloaf, crazy good!

I bought the "used" version of this book and boy, I'm glad I did and saved some $$$. I'm VERY pleased!Brand new options were sold out. This one came with 2 little-itty-bitty corners folded over (you could barely see them) and I guess a little bit of sauce has splashed on the top portion of the book, which in all honestly, could be viewed as part of the color patterns on the pages.I will definitely be buying from this seller again!

Some good recipe and grilling tips. Disappointing how many include his own sauces and rubs (which must be purchased) and the constant product plugs throughout. Was really looking forward to this book and was pretty disappointed.
