I buy these on a regular, because it keeps me fresh all day down there. I literally spray in the morning and it last all day for me. I'm not exercising all over the place or sweating all over the place, but for me going to work and running errands after work. I stay fresh using this spray. I love the scent is not over powering, and it also keeps sweat at bay. Like I stated it is one of my girlie must haves.
