We ordered this to be delivered on a Wednesday. We were leaving for a 24 hour trip on Saturday morning. When the travel tray arrived it was missing some of the pieces. We contacted customer service and he apologized and said he would send a new one next day air so that it would arrive in time for our trip. He also refunded our money from the original purchase.We have a very active three year old who always likes to be doing something. The travel tray fit the bill nicely. Our son was able to eat snacks, play with hot wheels cars, play with play dough , color and watch his tablet. The flip up lip and detachable storage pouches were a big plus for us. We also loved that the bottom was solid. Great product!

The media could not be loaded. My son is THOROUGHLY enjoying this tray! His favorite part of course is the magic marker and coloring book! It’s honestly amazing to me that you just add water to the pen and the pictures come to life! No mess at all. It’s an awesome gift to include. I also love the tablet holder because if you’re using the tray for snacks, the kids won’t get the tablet screen dirty with their little fingers! All the compartments it comes with are great as well. Good addition to your car to keep little ones preoccupied. Highly recommend!

Really love the tray but I didn’t receive the strap to buckle it to keep it installed. We were leaving for the road trip the next day so I just had to use a bungee to get it to stay. I wish the cup holders were a little bit wider because a sippy cup doesn’t fit in them but other than that good quality!

Worked well for our 13 hr trip and my older child enjoyed it more than the other. He played cars on it and draw on it as well. Has a funny smell at the beginning but you can let it air out and it wont smell anymore.

I bought this for my daughter as we travel long distances frequently. We haven’t put it in the car yet but she has used it at home and loves it. It’s better quality then I expected and easy to ‘set up’. The reason for 3 stars is that it smells bad. Like a mixture of smoke and rotten potatoes. Other than that, I’m very happy with the purchase.

The media could not be loaded. We recently traveled from Minnesota to Florida with 3 young kids and this tray was a lifesaver. 25 hours one way and the tray helped them stay busy and occupied. They loved being able to color with it, play with Barbies/toys. The tray also allowed them to do arts and crafts in the car and playdoh. Lastly, the tray was so useful for when they wanted to eat snacks and lunches/dinner in the car. My kids are 5 and 3 and we are very happy with this purchase!

We recieved the travel tray today. We have the older version from this brand also, but my son LOVES this one. The extra compartments are amazing, and the ability to have his ipad stand up on the tray will be so useful. Hes very excited about that. This one seems more sturdy, but still soft enough that I'm not worried about it hurting him if we were to brake suddenly. It also seemed easier to fasten together. I love the velcro. My son said he gives it 5 stars!

Very unhappy! I ordered this as a gift and made sure to order it early enough so it would be here in time for Christmas only to find out it did not come with the bonus items advertised. There was no water coloring book or car headrest tablet holder! I specifically chose this item over others because I thought it was worth paying the little bit extra since I would also be getting those bonus items. I am extremely disappointed in the false description!
