I was hesitant to buy this because I couldn't see how realistic the flame would look.It's a better effect than more expensive electric fireplaces I've seen.This is excellent for a bedroom that you'd like to add character and an independent heat source to.It's classic design is very handsome.I'm pleased with this in every way. The assembly is a bit challenging because the instructions are very minimal. Be sure to line up the right sized bolts so you don't do damage.If you don't bolt the top piece on, you'll have a large secret storage place in the back, for hiding off season linens or jackets.

It is a beautiful, I got pearl white , not too shiny or too white and matches my woodwork perfectly. My grandson got it together easily . The heater is great , puts out good warmth with 2 settings , can also enjoy the flame without heat . The flame is a beautiful dancing flame and looks so good especially at night and no noise so far . Remote works and controls are easy to use . The structure itself is well made , very sturdy and so classy looking with generous mantel to decorate for Christmas , it’s just as pictured . I plan on using my speaker for a crackling sound . I love it , don’t put off buying it .

Product well wrapped/packed. Fireplace is pretty heavy and nice looking. Firebox arrived separately as was described. Heats well. Very very satisfied with this purchase.

Have had about two weeks and so far very good. Easy to put together. I could have done it by myself but it was much easier with two people. Instructions were easy to read and follow. Haven’t used the heater very much but it does seem to work fine the times that I have used it. Heat level and output is a little hard to judge because we haven’t had any cold weather yet. The flames are exactly as pictured and very appealing. The remote works well. I chose the gray mantle and I love the color. There were no scratches or dents-nothing was damaged in the shipping. Noise level is minimal. I was skeptical about this order for the price but I can’t say enough good things. The value for the money is very good. Very pleased.

This electric fireplace is pretty to look at and arrived in good time. However, after 5 1/2 weeks it stopped working completely. We followed the directions in the handbook and called their customer service.It has now been one month of a constant run around. They sent us a new "motherboard" and expected us to have it installed which we did. The new "motherboard" provided a flame but no heat, no blower.We have had multiple texts with the company. They have asked for videos which we have sent. We are continuously told "They understand our frustration but as customer service representatives they have limitations and their headquarters is in another country (gee, which one??) The company is currently closed but theywill get back to us and will follow up." This is the same message we get over and over.We are filing a claim with the Amazon credit card as well as Amazon. Amazon customer service is usually excellent so I expect something will be resolved. But people....stay clear of this product and this company!

We received our fireplace quickly after ordering and it was fairly easy to assemble using two people. I love the wooden mantle part of the fireplace. It was packaged well and had no dings or scratches. It is very attractive. I do have one big disappointment with the heater part. It works well, but the logs and flames are solid yellow. On the website it showed some red mixed in with the yellow, which made for a more realistic look. It is almost as though a step was left out when it was manufactured. I have other small fireplace heaters that when turned on the logs have red in them which makes them look more realistic. Had it not been for that, I would have rated it five.
