I am a full time latin dance instructor & social dancer in LA county and have a need to wear compression knee and leg sleeves to minimize potential swelling in my one reconstructed knee and prevent further injury for both.Day 1 - right out of the box the material feels comfortable and breathable. walking around there appears no apparent slippage. ( slipping being the biggest reason why im still on the hunt for sleeve alternatives before i go all in on a pair of stoko tights )Materials rating ( 9.0 / 10.0 ) ...Compression feels a bit less compared to other brands models due to the materials used however not upset over it atm. Will have a better idea of whether or not the compression still performs as desired like other brands i have tried.Compression rating ( 8.5 / 10.0 )UPDATE : after wearing for daily use compression remained ... taking on and off i notice some stretching at the bottom of the sleeve near calf area however pulling up the sleeves the sleeve seemed more form fitting. im assuming this is happening due to just being worn and re-worn. still no wash cycle yet and performed well after a night of social dancing ( main reason i have these is to protect my knees and prevent swelling ) very minor slipping as expected after a night of dancing but not so much that it drops off my thigh and rolls up .... will now wash & air dry

The full leg brace is the best support that I needed. Stays up, great quality and I highly recommend.

I really like these compression sleeves. The only problem I have with them is that they don't give much compression for my lower calves and are fairly loose above the ankles. So as a compression sock I can't give them any credit, but they are tight on my upper calves, knees and thighs. I normally do have knee pain, but wearing these, I do not, so I recommend them.

I've been testing out many types of compression garments, looking for the Goldilocks of thigh highs. Too tight, and I'll be ripping them off in 10 minutes. Too loose, and I'll be pulling them back up over and over until I get annoyed.Usually, I like to test new gear for about a week before I decide to do any kind of review, but these sleeves had a big first day. Loading and unloading a truck, lifting, bending, carrying, walking, kneeling, climbing stairs, and unseasonably cold weather leaving ice patches everywhere. Around 6 hours into wearing them, I realized I hadn't needed to adjust them at all. They did all that and didn't budge. OPTEST SAT.I thought thigh highs that stay put were a mythical creature I might never find. But, wow. I've been warm, supported, and pain free today, so I've accomplished more than I had on my list.- I measured my thighs before buying, and as a small female, I was surprised that I'd need a large. But the the fit is great.- Wish #1 would be to have a set that is long enough to reach the top of the ankle, but this can be accomplished via other means.- Wish #2 is to get a set in every color. I like them that much.

9-23-22:seems to fit fine , i got the large, thigh measured at 19iinches , goes all the way down to just above the ankle bone. i like the amount of compression. i’ve had acl and meniscus surgery on same knee. i’m trying this sleeve today and i’ll update how well it holds up. it feels right and stable, i just hope i won’t have to keep pulling it up if it slides down my leg. to be continued…..9-23-22 i’m the afternoon:some slippage in the thigh area today but not too bad9-25-222nd time wearing it all day. this time it did not slip. i pulled it up as high as was comfortable. good compression but not enough to cut off any circulation.9/30it’s slipping down my upper leg, thought maybe it’s because i was sitting and standing a lot at work, but today i’m walking around costco and it’s not staying up that well. i think if i went smaller it may be too tight. i’m trying to like the product. this is my first time using this type of product so i’m not sure if this is just what happens. i do like the compression it provides but the slipping down part is a little annoying. i’ll keep test driving it though

I suffered a calf injury and needed constant compression to support my calf. These worked very well and stayed up very well. I'm 6'2" with athletic thighs.

The circumference of my thigh, measured properly , is 21". I ordered XL (19"-22") as instructed. I tried them on after opening, and the first thing I noticed is that they hang losely around my lower-calf. No compression. The next thing I noticed was how the fabric bunches up so much when bending my knee. I went for a 1.5 mile walk last night, and they felt fine around my thighs for about 20-minutes. I could feel them slipping and loosening. This morning, I took my dogs for their 3-mile walk, with my 2-day old sleaves, and they both slipped to near the tops of my knees, and became totally loose (see pics). The final observation is that these would 'bake' me, since I live in a hot-weather state (So Cal). Obviously, I am going to return them for a refund today.It maybe that this company does not understand sizing. The only value that these might have is for sufferers of arthritis that spend most of their time sitting in chairs and couches. If Sparthos wants to send me a free pair of the Large size, I will be happy to compare and offer a better review, if they work. But, since I don't have much confidence in an exchange, I am asking for a refund.

Fit well and provide pain relief fairly quickly.

They really help my knees there thick like putting on a layer of mussel. But I get them to stay up went buy there measurements?
