Magic Pine Whiskey BBQ Sauce, 12 Ounce

Both my boyfriend and I loved this BBQ sauce, and he can be a tough one to please! I couldn’t taste any whiskey flavor, which was good for me because I don’t love whiskey, though the boyfriend said he caught a hint of it towards the end of each bite. It’s definitely a unique flavor profile, a bit tangy, sweet, and smoky all at the same time. We’ve used it for chicken, beef, and even vegetables—has tasted great on everything so far.

We grilled up some chicken and put this on it. It definitely is a vinegar based sauce which I like. I didn't taste any hints of whiskey flavor, but that's probably a good thing since I'm not an avid whiskey drinker ;) It has more "pep" than like a Bold & Sassy Famous Dave's BBQ sauce, but not like in a spicy kind of way. It's kinda hard to describe, you I'd recommend you trying it out and see for yourself!

Ordered this sauce, as it is made by a local producer that I was not previously aware of. Good flavor. Lighter than most tomato based sauces, a little vinegary, which is very much to my preference. Whiskey flavor is a better version of smokiness. Highly recommended.

I purchased this product along with Lynchburg hickory smoke sauce and Johnny's whiskey sauce. I found the magic pine whiskey to be tart and vinegary, lacking consistency, whereas the other two were sweet and thicker in consistency. My thought was to glaze sirloins on my smoker grill. I won't be using the magic pine sauce in this endeavor. I would probably use magic pine with a more southwestern product. It has chipotle, habanero, and cayenne in its ingredients.

I bought this BBQ sauce for my husband who loves anything bourbon and put it in a bourbon birthday basket. It was a huge hit!!! I made pulled chicken with it and it was delicious!!! Perfect flavor, and thickness.

Bought it for a gift for my son. He loved it.

I got this for my husband for an Easter gift. He loves Jack Daniels and BBQ sauce. He really liked this bbq sauce! We will be buying more!

Really good BBQ sauce! Purchased for a gift, and he loves it! Great flavor, definitely better than what you’d find as a typical BBQ sauce in a grocery store.
