Now i am safe and secure
This item is so hard to find in my area. The owner of the local hardware store couldn't even order me one through his company. I am so glad that he did a search and found this one for me. He stated that he has had a few other customers that have needed this one or similar ones that he could not get, and that he has always found what they needed through this company and that the feedback he gets regarding these is good.Now my generator cable can be plugged into my homes electrical system quickly if I loose power.I am disabled and live in the mountains, if the power goes out in the winter it is very dangerous for me. Now that all is good and working properly I feel more secure.Thank you so much, I thank you and so does my family

Great product / price!
Not sure why others are rating this product low. It is exactly what the description and picture shows. I am using this receptical to run a 30 amp 3 phase compressor and it is working perfectly.

Make sure your plug matches.
This receptacle has a different configuration than a standard twist lock, the 30amp male plug that works in my generator will not plug into these devices. The neutral should be straight across from the ground not beside it.
