I was very sceptical when I bought this.I used to wear a copper band for my arthritis but apart from make my wrist go green, it did little to help. So I thought I'd give this a go but didn't hold out much hope.How wrong I was! Not only has this helped my arthritis but also my degenerative back condition!For the first few days I didn't notice much difference but then realised that I was gradually moving easier and that my knees weren't throbbing. Then about 2 weeks later I suddenly noticed that I was waking up later and able to lay in bed (usually my back ache would have me up at 6am, so painful I had to get out of bed).Having worn this for about a month I now am pain free and feel really well for this time of year!My partner thinks it's all in my mind but to be honest, although I disagree with him, whatever it is, I don't care because it's working and I am just relieved to be moving better!I'm a very happy bunny.

Item received quickly. However a leaflet received with it stated they would give a 10% refund if you gave a 5 star rating. Not sure now whether ratings are genuine. Too early to say if bracelet does anything.

My friend at work has been on about how good these are for a while, i had a different make and thought it did the job ok, however after losing my last one, i thought I would go with Fiona's review and try one of these. I am so glad i did,, I love it, I have not tried it at work yet, where after a tea break I can hardly move for stiffness, but , the results this week have been noticeable. I am not so sore when I get out of bed in the morning, so I am well chuffed with it. I am trying to persuade my mum to get one too... and will recommend to anyone who has soreness to try.

Been wearing the band for just over 2 weeks now. I havnt had to take 1 painkiller for my arthritis in my knees. Not had 1 headache and I was getting them daily. Have slept like a log too where I was previously a bad sleeper. It's worked so well that all my friends are ordering theirs.

Love these. I have had one before and went for a different colour this time and a larger size. I was advised to get one by my physio who said that they can hep mitigate things like the radiation from a mobile phone. I use two phones, one for work and one for home so I thought I better get one of these. Easy to put on, quite stylish and yet discreet.

Love wearing makes me sleep better at night relax you and calm and also helps the pains in my body just watch wearing at night been rubber coating makes you sweat which makes the wrist band tight a few times I had to take it off as felt really tight around my wrist wish it had a watch like effect to loose it more

i suffer with migraines really bad when i drive or travel. this has helped no end! quite sceptical at first but in 3 months i must of had just 3-4 migraines rather than 1 every other day

To be honest I cant really tell if it's working. My back is pretty bad all the time but there may be some slight relief at night time but that could be down to any factor really.
