Purchased a DeWalt 20V palm sander that I used for home projects and crafts. Loved the portability and performance of it. All of a sudden, it started to sound funny and RPMs changed up and down and I thought, "It's dying!". Changed batteries out to make sure it wasn't them....it wasn't. Contacted Asurion as I purchased the 4 Year protection plan. Packed the sander, dropped off at UPS center and as soon as it was logged in the system, gift card popped up in my account. They followed through on what their warranty was supposed to do, no questions. Ordered another sander...same one....and Asurion protection plan. It's obviously worth the money.

Asurion was great! It is nothing like the insurance that you can get with eBay.Asurion doesn't want to fight you or trick with you with any small print.They blew my mind how helpful they were. And very fast!They're honest. And I can't say that about other insurance.

My lamp decided that it was no longer going to work as it was supposed to. I filed a claim with Asurion and had a refund within minutes.

I had to use my protection plan because of equipment failure. Filing my claim was quick and easy and I had my replacement in literally minutes after filing. Thank you for offering services like these!

Electronic door knob broke. They sent me a shipping label and I sent it back. Done. Took off a star off because my refund was an Amazon gift card.

They provided a full refund for a product I had that stopped working, but that could not be replaced.
