Not the best but good

Very impressed with this product.The vitamins are in a darkened plastic container with a security seal. All 13 essential vitamins that your body needs are present at concentrates of at least 100% which is always good to know.The pills are quite big, I didn't have a problem swallowing them but others might need to chop them in half.They taste a little off but this is because of the presence of the B vitamins - it's usually a good sign if your multivitamin smells funny because at least you know you're getting the real deal were it comes to your B vitamin intake.Having said that, if you're taking a dose of B vitamins that's over the 100% RDA because they're water soluble they'll be excreted through your urine, which accounts for the smell and sometimes the change in urine colour.This is normal, don't be alarmed.Excellent value for money.

Great product, however I find them quite difficult to swallow, I don't know if it's the shape or the size, but it takes several attempts to get it to go down!

Significantly better value than other similar products I've seen. They are pretty large and uncoated, but they wash down readily enough with a swig of water, which also helps wash away any unintended tasting of the tablets.They're definitely not what you'd call "yummy". However, this is entirely normal for the type of product, as another reviewer mentions, and you're not meant to munch on the tablets anyway. This one's a winner for me.

Decided to try these as I was drinking ridiculous amounts of coffee while driving. One tablet in the morning and I am fully awake for a fifteen hour shift.

Good value for money, nothing fancy just a good basic. Multivitamins n mineral supplement.

These were very good vfm with an excellent vitamin and mineral profile to help boost your nutritional profile. Obviously try to get all your vits and minerals from your diet but if you need a little more support then these are a great option. Easy to swallow, no after taste, a good choice.
