Well made. Easy to assemble.
The media could not be loaded. I bought this for our kid to do homework on and wasn’t expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised. The wood is SOLID, construction sturdy, drawer slides smoothly, but not too fast. There were only 5 pieces to put together with about a dozen bolts. Clear instructions. Took me 15 minutes once I got it out of the box. None of the joints seem wobbly at all. The only thing that gave me trouble was finding the hardware. It’s in a small bag tucked into a pocket in the styrofoam. Just look for the corner of the box with red and the hardware is in that corner. Figured it was Target furniture quality, but it’s much heavier duty. I would definitely buy it again.

Solid, simple to install
Just what we needed, saved space for your but project of room for monitor and computer.Update 6/13Well, looks like I'm the only one reviewing. For what it's worth a little add on. I really do like this piece - as I say so bought another one for another place. The shipping or packing on the second one was kind of ugly. There were dark fingerprints all over the unit, albeit on the underside and inside, perhaps the assembler? Was a put off - but cosmetic. Dropped a starThe only thing I really feel it could use .. is some sort of a drawer stop. The drawer is very nice, rolls out and I have keyboard and notebook in there. However, if you are using it the drawer tends to move in and out and you can't keep it in one place. Some sort of an adjustable latch would be fantastic. As it is - it is pretty hard to use except casually. I'll try to fashion something myself.

good wood, sturdy, style and quality hardware throughout
Looked at many corner desks. Some really cheap but I wanted affordable with quality. This desk sell's for much more on most other sites. It is actual wood and the legs fit up into the top locked into confined location's that make them even sturdier. The bottom shelf that attaches to the lower legs make it sturdier yet with quality hardware. The top is a good piece of wood with a bordering trim that makes it even more stylish. The pull out drawer is nicely made with quality pull out ball bearing rails and has quality pull hinges to lay the front down if using it for keyboard or keeping it up if using it as a drawer. Chocolate is a nice dark wood color and desk was easy to assemble with high quality fasteners. Great construction throughout.

Solid & Sturdy
We love this desk! Highly recommend as a well engineered & designed, sturdy, quality, smart-sized, budget-friendly desk option.Perfect finish match to the Ashley brand furniture in that guest room.Website listed as “Chocolate Oak” box was labeled “Chocolate Cherry” but it does not have the usual red tones you might expect in a Cherry finish.Quality exactly as expected & hoped for.Super simple to put together - two people were needed to attach the lower shelf; but, maybe one could manage it with the desk on its back rather than top to stabilize while installing screws. We were short one washer; but, had and extra tension washer included. We made it work.Great size. Plenty of width and depth to work. Keyboard drawer front releases with two levers to drop face. It allows for it to be used as a pencil drawer or sized large enough to store a laptop inside.

Great piece at a great price
For years I have used a large, L-shaped workstation but recently decided I wanted to down size my desk and use something that looked more like a piece of traditional furniture than a workstation. After much research I settled on this desk and purchased it on Amazon. I did see it on other websites at a much greater cost.Packaging was good and the product was undamaged when it arrived. But after taking it out of the box there were bits of Styrofoam clinging to the pieces and wedged in all of the seams so the first step was to vacuum and wipe it down. Assembly took only 15 or 20 minutes by myself. It was a bit of a pain to try and hold the shelf myself and screw it together, but it can be done. It would be easier with some help. The desk holds two of my 24" monitors and my ergonomic keyboard and trackball easily fit in the drawer. However, there is not much space left for a desk lamp unless you place it behind the monitors. I use a small side table stand that I built, although I may eventually place the desk lamp behind the monitors. Due to the size of the monitors that will also mean placing the desk lamp on a stand. My computer tower does not fit on the shelf, but that's because when I built my PC I chose a large tower. I will probably downsize with my next PC so it fits on the shelf. So far I am impressed with the quality of the desk. It's definitely sturdy, and it looks great. With the drawer slid open and the drawer front lowered I can utilize both my keyboard and trackball on the open drawer. Trying to use a mouse on the lowered drawer would be cumbersome at best.Overall I am very happy with the purchase. The limitations I encountered were both due to the large size of my dual monitors and PC tower.
