Steps & time at a glance on wrist; Great for kids
I will try to update this review after we've been using the pedometers a month or two, but thought I'd go ahead and review right away since there are so few reviews on this item so far. I bought these (one pink & one blue) for my 8 & 11 year old daughters. They are pretty juvenile looking, so great for a kid. Slap-bracelet style stays on well.I wanted a pedometer that would display the number of steps right on the screen, because I knew that would be more fun/motivating. I also wanted one that would display the time. I love that this does both without requiring them to push buttons. I don't know if the step count is accurate, but I know that they are running around in order to see the numbers climb, and if the 12,000 steps per day I set as our goal is too easy to reach, I will just up the goal. They are having fun with treating it as a contest.I know the fun/contest aspect will diminish over time, but at least I am making them aware of their activity. They are video game addicts, constantly asking me to unlock the computer for them.

I like that she can take it on and off easily ...
I did a test to see how this compared against me garmin vivo2 in terms of accuracy of step count and it was spot on. Only off by 15 steps. I bought it for my 7 year old who was obsessed with checking my steps every day. I like that she can take it on and off easily since its a slap bracelet and that it has a watch battery- so no charging it- and there is a backlight. What I don't like is that it doesn't automatically reset to zero (or at least I haven't figured I out yet). It functions as a watch for her, and it's helping her to practice how to properly say larger numbers. For $25 I'm very satisfied.

Okay Watch
I liked it but the one thing that got under my skin is that the item would fall out of the rubber container that is supposed to hold it to the watch band. On several occasions, I found it missing. So, happens that I would find it again. i eventually had to use rubber bands around it to keep it from falling out.

Fun, colorful step counter
This pedometer is a great low tech gadget for those who just want to track their steps daily. It resets at midnight to 0 so you do not have to reset it manually. I agree that the profile is rather large, but I think if you ordered this pedometer over some of the more high end fitness trackers, then you are probably more laid back in your fitness style and will probably appreciate the vibrant colors and chunky look. The one negative I have found is that the pedometer can slip out of the wristband if you are not careful.

Who has successfully downloaded the software?
I must be doing something wrong. I tried to download the software from the website and it wouldn't work. I want to change the settings from km to miles but I can't if I can't get the software. Otherwise, it seems to work fine. Very basic which is what I want.

not happy about that
The band is made cheaply And broke just two weeks after using it. I had to order a replacement and the color was not an option. ..we got PINK....for a boy. ..not happy about that. ...

No instructions
The info said it calculates in miles, as does the package. I only saw "steps". Perhaps there is a way to change this as with other pedometers but it comes with NO instructions. Nor are there any available online. The packaging never even refers to any being available from any source. On the advice of a friend I turned to youtube. A video showed various features but the unit in my hand duplicated only the light feature. I think that with instructions this could be just what I was looking for as all clip on pedometers manage to fall off but, without knowing how to work the item it is virtually useless.

Product OK, but face falls out easily and company does not follow through on promises.
We were excited to receive this for our son for his birthday, but the face of the bracelet fell out the first day. Naturally he was very upset, and I went directly to the manufacturer, knowing that they might not replace it for us but hoping they would. They immediately said they would and asked me to pay shipping for it (which I did).2 weeks later, the bracelet WITHOUT the face arrived at our home.Any attempts to contact them have proved futile, and we just decided to go with another brand.I wanted to spare someone else this headache / wasted money and time.
