I was in love with this carrier! It truly does expand a lot and makes a large area for your pet during travels. The carrier in its original compact form is very small though. I don't recommend for any pet that is over 8 lbs.The carrier expanded is great for airport terminals so they can have more room to stretch their legs and what not but the roof of the carrier is very slouchy. The top will hang low since the carrier doesn't have a sturdy outline for the bag.I used this for my cat on an international flight from LA to Poland. The zipper broke on one side so I had to go through the airport physically closing one end of the bag since it could no longer close LOL.It looks visually nice but for the design aspect, I believe that could be improved. Not worth the price :/ But hey try it out and maybe your experience with it will be different.

This carrier is adorable and I got so many compliments on it! I really like the fact that it can attach to the handle of the suitcase and you don’t need to carry it along with dragging a suitcase. I flew with my 4 lb Pomeranian mix across the country and he did really well in it! The side pockets are great for fitting little items like bags and treats. I had no problems with the carrier when going through TSA or trying to fit it under my seat (it fits perfectly even in a small airplane). I wish the sides were just a wee bit more sturdy, but it is a soft sided carrier. Overall, I really love it. It made traveling with my pup a BREEZE!

Our puppy loves her new princess castle. She was lying down it even before we figured out how the pop outs worked. Everything about it was well thought out. One potential problem I could see happening is the very outside zipper that connects the pop out to the original case may wear out. This zipper is a little tricky to connect and could be heavier and easier to manuver. Otherwise we love it :)

This is very well made and expands a lot ...for easy sleeping comfort for my Shi Tzu.However, the NEGATIVE about this product is the ZIPPER handle. It's VERY VERY THIN AND CHEAP. I can see it breaking after just a few zips. As the DESIGN on WHERE it zips to expand. Is in an awkward spot and to connect the zipper components it's hard as the zipper handle is CHEAPLY made and it's hard to rezip let alone unzip...simply because of the handle.So the company ought to be prepared to exchange the product when that happens.Until then. They ought to upgrade the zipper with a better sturdy zipper.

The inner walls of this carrier collapse against the animal, so it actually has very little room when sides are not extended. Does not maintain the shape shown in pictures. Also hard to transport the animal comfortably while walking for the same reason

This carrier is exactly what I was looking for. I wasn't shopping for an expandable model, but it's a really nice feature. The bottom and side panels are soft and plush, which should be especially nice for my Daisy's comfort on a long trip. I also like that there is see-thru mesh on the top and both ends. This is the first carrier I have bought specifically for airline travel and it has really nice features along with looking high-end. Excellent quality at a great price!

Carrier is sturdy and is very high quality! My husband had a few issues with the zipper and said it wasn’t as easy to collapse it but the entire collapsing process only took about a minute and a half. The padding on the inside is super soft and high quality too. It was my favorite part. I did return it but only because my kitten is still so attached to her old carrier. Whenever she’s ready to go luxury, I’ll most likely purchase this again!

This carrier is great. It is pretty spacious on the inside, even all zipped up. My cat loves just sitting in it since the bottom is so soft. It has a hard bottom which makes it easier to carry and the sides being expanded greatly increases the space inside the carrier. I also needed to contact Papagai customer support about a zipper and they got back to me within an hour with a plan for fixing the issue I had for free. Overall great product and fantastic company!

Esta transportadora fue pedido para una amiga, me comentó que en cuanto la desempacó, se metió su perrita, ya la usa hasta para dormir allí.

Es resistente, los materiales son buenos y es muy amplia. Lo único malo es que es más grande de la medida que se indica por lo que no cabe en el espacio designado para ella dentro del avión. Por ello tuve que regresarla :/
