IT REALLY WORKS TO RELIVE SENSITIVE TEETH
The Colgate Sensitive Maximum Strength Toothpaste, Complete Protection, Mint, Clean, is really good. I have been using it for a long time due to sensitive teeth and it has really given me such a relief. I started feeling pain and sensitivity when I drink anything cold. Since I had already exhausted my dental benefit for the plan year at the time, I didn’t want to pay anything 100% out of pocked. So, I decided to wait a whole year for my new coverage to begin. In the meantime, I decided to start using toothpaste for sensitive teeth and that lead me to this toothpaste. I did not even know I had a cavity until I went for my routine cleaning and the dentist told me there was a cavity on one of my molars and it needed to be extracted. That shows how good this toothpaste is for relieving sensitivity. As for the whitening, I would say a very big thumb down because it never whitened my teeth. It does nothing and does not work as a teeth whitener.

Clean teeth with sensitivity protection.
This is my go to toothpaste. It cleans teeth really well and works great for my tooth sensitivity. It works into a nice lather and rinses clean. It has a nice mint flavor that isn't overwhelming. The ingredients are better than others, not so many additives. The price is better than many other sensitivity toothpastes, and I find it works just as well.

Has really helped with tooth pain, and I like the taste
I am very particular with the flavor of toothpaste I use. I have to have the stupid toothbrush in my mouth for a total of four minutes a day, so I'm not going to spend it tasting something that is less than desirable. I find a lot of toothpaste flavors taste too medicinal or the mint flavor is almost alcoholic tasting. No bueno. This toothpaste has a nice refreshing flavor that isn't too strong. So 5 stars on the taste. The other reason we got this type of toothpaste is for tooth sensitivity. My husband had a filled cavity that was giving him grief (and therefore giving me grief with the volume of his complaints), and I can happily report that the whining is down to zero thanks to this lovely little toothpaste. I highly recommend.

Better than Sensodyne
I have a sensitive molar after I had some dental work done. I was using Sensodyne for awhile, but found I HAD to brush at least twice a day for it to be effective. As a stay at home mom with 3 kids and a busy schedule, I admit that sometimes I forget to brush in the morning, and then sometimes have to suffer through the day if I'm out and about. At my last dental appt., they gave me a little sample of this toothpaste. Since I was flying out of town, I tossed it in my bag to use because it was carry-on safe. I found this stuff works WAY better for me than Sensodyne! There were a few days when I only had time to brush in the morning, or in the evening, and 12 hours later I found my teeth were still not overly sensitive. I have since switched to this one and would recommend it to anyone who finds Sensodyne only 'so-so'.

Can't find in grocery store
It's toothpaste so that is what I use it for. Colgate Sensitive, particularly the Complete Protection is the toothpaste I prefer and for whatever reason my Food Lion and dollar general only carry Colgate Sensitive Whitening. Nice that with only a few key strokes I can have what I want in a very timely manner.
