Battery died after one year
I was just over the one year battery warranty when it stopped taking a charge. Sondor's customer service said they would give me 10% off a new battery. Seriously? We've had a RadRover for 3 years and no issues. Oh, and I had to pay for shipping.

Wait Time for Purchase is Long
I bought my SONDORS Fold X ebike in April with a promise of June delivery. I finally received the bike in July. Thereafter, I received my fender & bike rack accessories (also purchased in April) in August. I’m still waiting for the delivery of my Air Shocks (also purchased in April). I’m told that I should expect them to be shipped at the end of this month (September) which means I won’t receive them until October. The late and piecemeal delivery is bad enough; however, add to that the lack of communication or concern for their reputation. I fully understand that the bike/ebike industry has experienced a boom in the wake of this pandemic when more people are doing things outdoors. However, as much as I like the bike, it is not worth the wait time and lack of customer service.
