Lovely addition to Asian food
If you like Japanese & Asian cuisine, then this is a staple for your recipes. Excellent ingredient for marinating meat poultry & vegetables giving a deep savoury salty taste which adds a depth to any dish.Made from fermented soybean and salt therefore a good source of protein & minerals. So versatile, can also be used in sauces and dressings.Recommended

Nice miso.
Nice thick paste. Has a lovely salty flavour and is great for adding to dishes instead of using stock cubes.Also great when making a chocolate pudding with silken tofu and cacao powder-it gives it a salted caramel chocolate flavour.
