Q: will adco 27 tire cover fix 205/75/r15

It fit my 215/75/14" tight, so I think it would be too small.

Q: will the 1735 fit a 225 75r 15 tire?

It was a perfect, tight fit on my 205/70 15 tire. I assume the 225/75 is a bigger tire so I doubt that the cover would fit.

Q: how to find tire diameter by size

The first number of the tire size is the width in millimeters. The second number is the "aspect ratio" which is a percentage of the first number. It's the distance from the rim to the tread. So a tire size of 195/75R14 means the width os 195mm. The distance between the rim and the tread is 75% of 195. R means it is a radial tire and it is a 14" rim. To figure the overall diameter or height of the tire take the first number (the width) and multiply it by the second number with a decimal in front of it. 195 x .75 Because you have the distance between the rim and tread on the top and the bottom you multiply your answer times 2. 195mm x .75 = 146.25mm x 2 = 292.5mm Convert 292.5mm to inches and get 11.5157" and add that to the rim size. 11.5157" + 14" = 25.5157" The height or overall diameter of 195/75R14 is about 25.5"

Q: Size 32inch diameter?

Think so, I have bought size A and that fits tire 285-75-R16 (33" tire) Hope this helps.
