I don't normally review products, but after reading the negative reviews I felt I had to share my experience. Personally, I'm slightly suspicious of the authenticity of the negative reviews as lots seem to be poorly written with spelling mistakes or poor grammar.I've been using £250 Sonicare toothbrushes for years. My most recent one stopped charging and I contacted Philips who said it was dead and I had to buy a new one. I was disappointed because this had cost so much and decided to check out the alternatives.I had never heard of Oclean, but on researching, I found they are part of the Xiaomi group that make some fantastic products. So, I decided to give it a go despite having a ridiculous screen (who needs a screen on a toothbrush!) and costing so little.I've been very impressed. The cleaning is top notch, build quality appears great, and the design of the unit is really good with an innovative charger stand.Downsides for me are:There are too many cleaning modes - 6 would have been fine but the app has over twenty.Pairing to my phone (which isn't required for the toothbrush to be used) worked okay, but the registering in the app failed a couple of times. I resolved by using a VPN that made it look like I was registering in the USA - unsure if this solved it, but may be worth a try if anyone is struggling.Replacement toothbrush heads were not easy for me to buy from the UK, however I bought some from China that arrived in a couple of weeks - now I have a supply of spares and they were cheaper than a UK purchase anyway. My Sonicare heads don't fit.The screen is slightly fiddly to use - no surprises here!Overall, I'm really impressed for the price. Hopefully this will last a long time, but even if it only lasts one year, I'd choose this over Sonicare because the cleaning is so great.

The person I ordered this for says it’s a really good toothbrush even without the app, a very good product. Our problem is ordering new brush heads, there are some on Amazon (but not many) and it’s not clear if they will fit this model. I went to the o clean website to order some. Well over 50% of the replacement heads were listed as out of stock and the website never completed an order I placed for the ones that were available, I tried 5 times using various different payment methods but always got an error that the order could not be completed. Anyone know where I can reliably order some new brushes for this thing?

Compared to more traditional brands, your bang for buck is incredible, has many different features such as the many different brushing modes. Perhaps most useful is the brushing score, it motivates you to do a good job cleaning your teeth, you can then use the app to see what areas you may have missed.Battery life is decent however when using the touchscreen, it is sometimes difficult to get it to register a swipe, a minor issue on what is an excellent product.

Absolutely fantastic toothbrush! Had before few philips diamondshi* but they always broke after max 8 months. So I thought I will give a try to this oclean X. Must say I'm really impressed, very high quality, light in weight and cleans so well that I ordered another one for a Christmas gift. Lots of brushing options, colour screen, waterproof and many, many more...Try it, You won't regret!

The toothbrush is great but would like to have a proper bathroom charger for it, what's the use of a nice wall holder when you can't use it in the bathroom!

This toothbrush is a lot better than my previous Philips sonicare. It is very quite, very comfortable to hold as it is very light. Great product, highly recommend.

Great quality and really good cleaning results. I used to have Philips (a £100 version) and this is as good if not better. I love that you can set the brushing strength to almost nothing and start with gentle vibrations and build it up as you keep getting used to it.

Amazing toothbrush, really powerful and you feel the cleanliness straight away. There are loads of set ups but the standard one is working pretty fine for me. Just wish it could come with a travel case or be able to buy one.
