It would be tight for 4x 21700s but doable. I just keep 3 in mine and one in my device so it's no problem. The material is very heavy duty, sturdy, and has good Velcro.

These work for 21700 and narrower batteries. Long enough for protected batteries. Tight fit and inconsistent stitching, but acceptable for the price. I was tired of the plastic containers that crack and break. These are better.

The media could not be loaded. Fits 4 21700, 20700 or 18650 batteries perfectly! I like how it also curves some to fit against your leg easier and not be so bulky well. Definitely buy again if I need more.
