Seller didn't follow instructions -- air bubble
So, here I was, all excited about my SILVA wrist compass coming. It is unique in its simplicity and teal color. I was concerned the reviews indicated people received a white one or that there was a big air bubble in it. So, I put a note in my order to the seller asking them to check that a) the color was teal and b) there was no air bubble in it.Lo and behold, it arrived teal, but with a sizeable air bubble in it. I have read reviews of the seller sending back items with the same defect as the first one (wrong color, for example), so I decided not to give them another chance to send me a teal one with no air bubble. The replacement one is likely to either be the wrong color or to have an air bubble in it. So, I guess I will have to settle for my other wrist compass that doesn't look as good as this one would have :>(

Non pensavo che una ditta storica come la Silva facesse roba così scadente anche se il prezzo è basso, a parte il colore che è arrivato bianco e non azzurro come in molte altre recensioni c'è la bolla dentro, di conseguenza non può essere precisa, da solo un'indicazione più o meno, il prezzo non giustifica lo sbattimento per la restituzione, ma evitate di buttare 15 Euro.

Not what was advertised.
The product I ordered was teal in colour, but when it came it was white (see photo) which isn’t a big deal but the 8mm diameter bubble was! A bubble in a compass wouldn’t normally affect the needle but one this size definitely will!After looking at other reviews this seems to be common with this product. Not worth wasting money on.

Vienen con burbuja por lo cual no funcionan correctamente. He pedido 6 y todas venían con la burbuja. Ademán de pedir en azul y vinieron en blanco.

Toller Orientierungslauf-Kompass für Kinder
Der Kompass ist ideal für Kinder geeignet. Sowohl in der Anwendung als Handgelenk-Kompass als auch bzgl. der Passmaße des Bandes zur Befestigung am Handgelenk. Die Anwendung entspricht dem Konzept der modernen Elite Daumenkompasse, d.h. Karte und Kompass werden kombiniert genutzt, der Kompass dient dabei primär der Ausrichtung der Karte. Dabei ist die Handhabung für Kinder, nach meinem Eindruck, aber einfacher als beim Platten- oder Daumenkompass.Natürlich wird ab einem gewissen Leistungs-Level der Umstieg auf einen, insbesondere zum Peilen präziseren, Daumenkompass notwendig.Zum frustfreien Lernen der Techniken und des Umgangs ist der Kompass, auch mit Hinblick auf das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis, auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

Farbenblindheit
So an sich alles in Ordnung, habe nur nicht das bekommen was ich bestellt habe.Bestellt hatte ich den Kompass in türkis blau, geliefert habe ich es in weiß bekommen.
