Q: How much of it i should put per 8 oz of water? can I eat the the tea leaves too? or do I have to filter the leaves and throw it away before drinking

1 teaspoon per cup is a good average - some people like to add a little more or add a little less according to whether they like it stronger and some weaker. Usually the leaves are filtered out before drinking by using a tea strainer. Or you can purchase a simple tea infuser, or a tea pot with an infuser included for steeping the tea. Enjoy!

Q: Why isn’t this product usda organic when you have other products that are?

The Assam tea is from a certified organic tea estate and we are working towards getting the organic bergamot used in the blend also certified. It is already being grown 100% organically, and we're just waiting on the certification process to be completed

Q: Is this tea 3rd party tested for heavy metal and purity?

We ourselves have not done testing for heavy metals. The base tea used in this blend is grown under organic conditions at Belseri Tea Estate in Assam State, India and heavy metal contamination has never not been an issue with this tea garden.
