Snakes and Ladders

Living in the east coast here in US, it is difficult to find these board games and that too both Ludo and Snake and ladder in 1 board. The seller is from UK. Originally I received a board that was severely damaged in transit. However, I give 5 stars because: a) They responded to my emails quickly, b) promptly sent me a replacement board at no extra charge and c) although the estimated shipment time says 3-4 weeks but I received the product in about a week.Being an indian, no wonder i want to spend time with my kids (3 yrs old twins) playing snake& ladder and ludo which were classic games when i was a kid. They are great games to pass time with your family, watching a movie / listening to music especially at winter times when you cannot go out and do much. I particularly like this game as my kids just learnt counting and this is a great game in which their counting skills will be repeatedly put into use while fun for the entire family.Regarding the quality of this board, don't expect much. This is made of cardboard and cannot take the beating from kids and will tear apart if they are allowed to play by themselves. That said, it's rightly sized and colorful and best option available (learnt after my limited research) if you are in the US and your budget is <$20. I wish I had bought one from India where you could get better boards made of wood.

This is exactly how I remember the snakes and ladders board to be. The colorful snakes and ladders are beautifully printed. The plastic counters are small and can be difficult to pick up. This is a fun game for all age groups.

I like the board. But the game chips are disgusting. They could have printed 4 little plastic characters on 3D-printer, but they chose to supply the tiny cardboard circles, which I replaced by buying the set of little plastic elephant. You may say I have improved the game and that would be true.

It loos good overall

We purchased this product because Ludo was my husband's favorite childhood game growing up. I had never played it but it was fun to learn and we have enjoyed playing it every night while we are waiting for baby to arrive. Reasonably priced and great quality game!

This is a really great board game. No complaints. Just hours of fun. We are currently 3 players and can never play just one game. We end up playing 3 or 4 times each time and my 5 year old enjoys it a lot. A go to game in the evening.

Very cheap quality for a $20 product. The dice and the markers are very small and of the cheapest quality. The numbers on the snakes and ladder side are too small. We thought if using this game to teach counting and number recognition. But with such small fonts that's out of questions.Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

SNAKES ON A GAME!My kids have heard the lore of my childhood in Scotland where kids were not considered too precious to be confronted with snakes on a board game. And here it is: proof that I'm not making it up. Good fun, doubled with the inclusion of Ludo, which is made even more fun when it's said with a Scottish accent: LOODOH. Good times.
