Very solid and easy to assemble. A well-made product. I'm happy that it came with the extended adapter since my rack hole doesn't fit the original bolt. So far so good, I'll update my review after having more time work out with it, but right now, it's a thumbs up from me.

Does just what it should
This is easily holds the bar for T bar rows and has a very smooth movement. It is not heavy built but plenty strong enough for the intended purpose.

Good for home gym!
Great product! Just set it up with my old 2x2 rack to test out, fit very well with the extended adapter. Very well made, solid and especially the swivel is super fluid. Best bang for the buck, would definitely recommend!

Good quality
Seems to be excellent quality and well made . I haven't used it in my squat rack yet due to my bottom holes being too high.
