C-Wave DIRECTV H25 Receiver Wall Mount (46138)

This item is the exact mount you would get from DTV to hold up your receiver. It securely holds the H25 receiver on the wall behind the TV and has a place to install the RF antenna a separate purchase. Better price here than from DTV but don't waste your time paying for express shipping from this seller, you will just overpay to have it mailed to you. If you want the DTV mount for your H25 to hide it behind the TV, this is what you want.

I really love this mount. I bought it and have my H25 mounted in my RV. I have no worries of it bouncing out on the road.

This is a great solution to hide the receiver and clear up cord clutter at a very reasonable price. The shallowness of the mount allows it to fit between the brackets of the wall mount for my tv and fits the H25 receiver perfectly and securely. The compartment for an external RF antenna also allows it to be neatly stored if you choose. There are grooves or cutouts so that all of the cables lay flat to avoid additional thickness. The directions instruct you to ensure that at least one of the three mounting screws is into a stud. My tv placement didn't allow for that due to the position of the wall mounting brackets that were secured to the studs. I used plastic screw-in sheet rock anchors and then screwed the bracket into the anchors and have no concerns of it coming loose due to the minimal weight of the receiver and bracket. My only recommendation is to ensure that the thickness of your wall mount brackets exceeds the thickness of the mounting bracket and receiver to ensure it isn't pinched when the television is reinstalled. This should be a standard item for the new thin receivers.

DirecTV doesn't have great history of being friendly to RV customers but new H25 uses 12V brick so now I'll be able to use in RV without needing 100v AC from hookup/generator/inverter. This equates to being able to use for tailgating for same reason.H25 is very small so I initially didn't think this holder was necessary but it turns out that it's great for my needing to take away from house for use in RV or tailgating and the holder makes a great way to make sure it doesn't get beat-up, makes everything nice & neat, and most importantly has a socket for the RF antenna (H25 wasn't designed with RF remote capability on-board so you have to buy an antenna with the electronics in it's base in order to have RF remote capability - got mine on Amazon too). Snaps in and out of holder with great ease but holds very securely.I have one fastened to back of my tailgating TV and one on the wall of my A/V cabinet in RV.

Kinda surprised they haven't had a solution like this before. Worked perfect for me, only this I would say it that the bracket should be modified so that you can mount it either directions as installations may vary.

Looks good ..holds in position strong it came with screws....it will hole you H-25 reciever and the RF antenna...strong material....color ir dark black so sad I can't upload pictures....

Does the job of holding the receiver on the wall. Doesn't need the extra remote extension Direct TV sells with their product at a much higher price.
