This warranty doesn’t cover anything and the things it should cover the company finds a way to reject the claim and still not pay. I filed a claim for a chair that had a hole in it which my daughter put in the chair by mistake trying to wipe a stain off the chair. The claims as rejected because they said the hole was intentionally put there by not cleaning it right. Which is stupid ! Then another chair had stains in it. They sent me a cleaning kit which stained the chair even worse I filed another claim and they said the product wasn’t used right even tho we used it exactly as Their instructions said. Now a leg is broken which tore some of the fabric and now they reject a claim saying that type of damage isn’t covered. Smh this was such a waste of money.

Do not waste your money!They will tell you that the manufacturer has a warranty!

Did not cover our repair need

When I purchased a gaming chair I also purchased this warranty. I started having problems with the gas shock not being able to keep the chair up. I filed a claim and included pictures. I received the following response:Based on the information provided, it appears the issue was not reported within the required time frame. Unfortunately, your protection plan requires each occurrence of staining or damage must be reported within the specified timeframe to receive service. Please refer to your terms and conditions for specific coverage, exclusion and reporting requirements. Thank you for your understanding.I don't know what time frame they are talking about, was I supposed to report the issue before I knew I had it....what was I supposed to do. This company should go down for fraud or at the very least Amazon stop offering their services. So now I have $300 chair that won't go up with a warranty that won't cover it. Some lessons are expensive to learn.

I have this warranty, and it is a SCAM. They will reject any and every claim you make. I have 2 useless sofas (still under warranty) with the metal sticking out of the recliner. Trying to keep my kids from being skewed. This is a giant scam, don't buy into it. I reported them to the IL states attorney for fraud.

One of the few truly comfortable desk chairs that can be locked in a series of reclining and semi-reclining positions (and doesn’t fall over backwards). Manages to be both sturdy and cushy. A necessity for serious back patients who should not sit upright.I took off one star because my son had a terrible time putting it together. Four hours! Don’t ask me why—I’m the one too disabled to try any of that sort of assembly. All the screws are there though.

It doesn't cover much of anything, really. Waste of money and time filing claims.

Protection plane is good as when it need to be use, it is a form of insurance that can not REVIEW ahead of time!!!!!!!
